BBN Taxes was founded in 2019 by Dominique Wharton and Sasha Lopez on a shared belief: tax services should be about more than simply filing a return—they should help people and businesses make smarter financial decisions and build stronger financial foundations.
Dominique brings deep experience in tax preparation, tax resolution, credit restoration, and business funding, giving clients a more comprehensive approach to their financial needs. He is passionate about helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners understand their finances and take advantage of available opportunities, and he takes pride in helping aspiring tax professionals enter the industry and build their own businesses.
Sasha, an Orlando, Florida-based entrepreneur and mentor, started her journey in credit repair and grew that foundation into five companies offering a variety of financial services. Today she mentors more than 125 entrepreneurs across her platforms, helping business owners develop the strategies, systems, and mindset needed to build and scale toward a seven-figure company.
For Sasha, success is about more than financial growth—it’s about creating an impact that lasts. Her children are her greatest motivation, and her long-term goal is to open a homeless shelter in New York City that offers safe housing, employment opportunities, and financial literacy education to help individuals and families build a more stable future.
Together, they have built BBN Taxes around knowledge, professionalism, personal service, and growth. Their mission is simple: help clients keep more of what they earn, resolve financial challenges, and create opportunities for a stronger financial future.
